Who we are

Bozhinovski Design is an interior architecture and bespoke design studio based in London, United Kingdom. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website.

For any question about your information, write to us at studio@bozhinovskidesign.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (if given), project location, type of project and your message.

When you write to us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to discuss and prepare a possible project with you. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We never sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

Who else handles it

Like most websites, we rely on a few trusted service providers who process information on our behalf:

• SuperHosting.BG, which hosts this website and our email, within the European Union.
• Google, through Gmail, which we use to read and answer email.
• Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces on this website; your browser connects to Google to load them, which shares your IP address with Google.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any project that follows, and for no longer than two years after our last contact, unless we must keep them longer for legal or accounting reasons.

To see, correct or delete your information, write to studio@bozhinovskidesign.com. You can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
